The Hummingbird performance report pulls the site performance results from Google Page Speed Insight. Perhaps the Performance Report is not up to date? Please clear your site’s cache and re-run one more Performace Report.

I did what you said clearing the cache from my computer and wordpress and it´s still the same.
This is what Google PageSpeed Insight is saying

Status
Nice! We couldn’t find any resource which needs to use preload declarative.

If you do the scan via the PageSpeed Insights you will see that the audit is in the “Passed audits” section and does not require any additional action on your side.
