Major problem with file downloading

    Hi

    First, I appreciate you for your practical plugin.
    We have a big problem with downloading uploaded files in Awesome-Support.
    When any file’s name contains spaces between words of the file name, we can’t download the file or files correctly! Example file name: “PowerPoint and Prezi”.

    Please guide us!

    Hi @bbk88,

    Please try to go to tickets – settings – Advanced tab and scroll down until you find the “Attachment Overrides” section. There, you can check the “Do not mask attachment links”. and test if this works.

    OK. Problem solved.
    Wordpress site version is 5.3.2
