Access Denied after Login

Hi,
I’m having an issue with wholesale login – a lot of my wholesale customers are trying to login but they get an ‘access denied’ message. I’ve tried logging in myself with their details and I get the same error message, even when I reset their password. The only thing I’ve found that works is to delete their account and make a new one but with hundreds of customers, I can’t do this with all of them. At the moment I’m not sure which ones have had issues and just abandoned ordering because of the issue without contacting me to let me know.
Would anyone be able to let me know how to fix this?
