Retrieve Last entry for individual user

Using Formidable forms to collect some data from logged in users, I want to enable this thing on the frontend: There will be link/button (somewhere on the form page), When a logged in user click on the button, it will retrieve last submitted data by that user and auto complete the form.

Any luck? Any help?
