Spanish translation does not work

    Hello, my website is in Spanish, and since 100% is not available, I translated it into wordpress, download the .mo file and replace it with those found in the wp-content / languages ​​folder / plugins and in the wp-content / plugins / wp-live-chat-support / languages ​​folder
    But it still doesn’t work.
    Is there any way to limit the language of the plugin to only Spanish?
