Can you please send me a screenshot with your view’s settings?
You will find them when you go to your dashboard > Testimonials > Views > edit the one you have in the sidebar.
Also please go to your dashboard > Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility > Load Event > and choose window load > save.

Here’s the screenshot for the first view
but I think your second request may have solved this for me. I switched it from “document ready” to “window load” and the slider is working. Am I correct in thinking this means the site is slow, and another issue for me to address?

From what I can tell your website is not slow, so that shouldn’t be it.
It’s most likely that something interfered with ‘document ready’, the default setting, and switching it to window load fixed it.

Hi there,
I am having the same issue. The slider won’t start and the navigation won’t show either. I have switched to window load and also to General for Ajax loading, but it still isn’t working.
Is there anything else I can try?
