Hello @noemizirpoli, if the chat icon appears when the page is loaded and after a while it disappears, probably some other plugin in your website is interfering.
Currently we do not see our chat plugin enabled in your website so it’s not possible for us to troubleshoot.
Reasons why chat icon does not appear on your website when page is loaded:
1) Plugin is not active
2) The page you’re browsing is excluded in configuration
3) You’re a mobile user and you configured not to show chat for mobile users
4) You configured chatbox to appear only for logged in user and you’re not logged in
5) Offline messages are disabled and no agent is online
6) Business hours is enabled, offline messages are disabled and office is closed
By default, plugin is active, it appears on all pages, no page is excluded, mobile users are allowed, chatbox appears for any user, offline messages are enabled and business hours is disabled. This should ensure you see the plugin everywhere without problems, so there is nothing to configure to make it work on all pages.
To reset your configuration to the default one, just uninstall the plugin and reinstall it. Should work out of the box for your usage scenario.
Hi,
now it is visible but it seems that it is not working the personal color style. When I set it on setting page it shows me to select the RGB code but when I save the parameter it changes as ##hex and in this way the color is not seen as valid.
Example:
RGB 109 – 114 – 117
it is translated to ##6D7275
the second # is making the color not valid . This is happening after the plugin update.
Thanks,
NZ
