The zero total and reviews is odd considering that you’re successful receiving data through the API.
The multiple instances shouldn’t make a difference at all – it’s been designed to handle this correctly with valid HTML (i.e. unique IDs).
Have you tried clearing the cache (if this is present)? If that doesn’t work try the Clear Cache in Advanced tab.

I can’t believe I didn’t think of this! I’ve got caching turned off on the server and the optimization plugins, it didn’t occur to me that this plugin had its own cache. Looks like it’s working fine now.

Yes, the plugin certainly uses the cache – it improves on the load time and CPU. The API calls are handled outside of this process (linking it to page views could cost money with the API if too many hits occurred). The cache refresh either hourly or daily based on the sync frequency, but I may just change this to something smarter in future versions.

Hello and thank you for your great plugin (very nice in demo mode).
Unfortunately I have exactly the same issue with latest version of WP, latest version of the plugin and latest version of Consulting theme by StylemixThemes.
Nothing displayed when I remove the demo mode. In the plugin settings, the reviews and rating all display correctly (I have only one review currently but still displayed correctly in the settings). If I switch it to demo mode, we get reviews displaying.

According to your previous post I tried to clear browser cache and WP cache but still failed to display. When I push the clear cache button in advanced setting the button switch to “Clearing…” but it never end.
Any advice would be welcome š

I can see that you have one review. I cannot see anything on the page you mentioned.
I see that you tried clearing the cache as I suggested in my previous reply. If it never returns after “Clearing…”, then there is probably some kind of error either with the plugin or elsewhere.
Let me have a look into this now and I’ll get back to you. In the meantime, if you spot anything else that may be interrupting the cache clear, please get in touch.

@gradlon I found something in this version that is likely to be the cause. I’ll release a new version very soon to resolve this and publish recent updates.

I updated the frontend page shortcode so that you can see the 0.0 etc…
