This happens for all info boxes, like Announce System, Message Purchased, Message Success & Message Error.

You can delete that message & type your message again.
Hi @thanhtd. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, once I delete and save, it reloads and the “illegal string” message comes right back again.
Which version do you use. Please send me your site url.

The version of your plugin is 1.1.3.8 and WordPress 5.3.
This issue was fixed in this version. You can try delete option ‘wfspb-param’ in your database & config plugin again. I tried install plugin with new site, this issue doesn’t appear.
