Multisite chat support

I use chat in two different domains one is the .com one is the .it. support profiles have different email addresses but the two pages continue to communicate with each other. That is when users write about the .com, the message also arrives on the chat of the .it all in real time. I wish they were two separate chats. How can I solve it?
