Hi, @diegpl
The link is here, https://monosnap.com/file/AdDJGBjW1XRkg3Ppp9Mz8MyhnxEXLN
Once clicked on it, button converts and allows you to click Test in Messenger.
Also, you can visit https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ and go to Chatbots-> Dialogs, select any dialog and click Test Dialog.

The messenger bot got stuck after asking me my phone and then even the Test Dialog you told me did not work anymore. Were you guys facing an issue or something like that? Tks!
Hi, @diegpl
Try to make MobileMonkey a primary receiver for messages, https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ap7X86zsP4ugg3aR9eT9kz_M7vJp?e=MVgaVr
If that won’t help please mention Facebook page that bot is connected to

Ok, it seems it worked now. But it was not as an experience of talking to a robot. I tried to ask something and it just replied me “Sorry, I’m just a bot, but someone real will be right with you!”
So you have a link where I can see a real demonstration on a website? And why did I need to set it as a primary user, is it a bug? Tks.

On https://www.facebook.com/Consultor-de-Servi%C3%A7os-Web-19343764779/ it got stuck on “Sorry, I’m just a bot, but someone real will be right with you!” too.
Hi, @diegpl
1. “Sorry, I’m just a bot, but someone real will be right with you!” -is a default dialog. Bot replies with it when user type some text bot is not set up to answer. That’s a correct behavior.
2. Test Different bots here https://mobilemonkey.com/help/article/wub1sjg8yf-sample-template-chat-bots
3. Primary received should be set up because page might have many apps connected and app should understand whose responsible for handling conversations. That’s not a bug but how Facebook designed API to work.
4. Lots of help videos here, https://mobilemonkey.com/help
It basically provides knowledge on how to work with bots
