Currently I’m not quite sure why exactly the slug should not get updated on your site? This is something which has barely to do with WPCasa itself since for the listings (ads) we’re using default WordPress functionality (custom post types). I also just tested it and it seems to be working fine as it should.
Do you maybe have any plugin active which rewrites the URL structure or similar? Or a caching plugin? Could you perhaps try to disable all plugins except WPCasa and try it again?

It only happens to me with WPCasa ads. The functionality in posts and pages works perfectly for me. But in the ads when editing the Slug and updating the ad to save it keeps the first Slug that was created from it. I have disabled all plugins except WPCasa and it still doesn’t work. I need to solve this. Thank you.

we just had a look on your site and confirm that there is indeed an issue with changing the slug of a listing. Unfortunately we’re currently still not able to tell exactly where this issue is coming from. We tested this on our test installations as well and everything is working fine there. So I assume this must be specific to your site which basically means we need to do a little bit more testing together first.
Is this website already live? Could you perhaps disable all plugins (except the WPCasa plugins) and test it again? Perhaps also remove your current htaccess file via FTP and let WordPress generate a new one?

I have already deleted the access data from the previous post.
I have disabled all plugins except those of WPCASA and it still doesn’t work. I already tried this in his day as I told you in another publication. I have tried again and I still have the same problem.
Even regenerating the HTACCESS as you indicate, but the update of the SLUG still does not work. This only happens with the plugin ads. With POSTS and pages it works correctly.
The website is already 2 years old and currently has 240 ads.
I need to solve this please.
Is there any chance to fix it? Even if it is paying for the service. It’s possible?
