not working on custom post types

    I had just started using it. It is showing on posts but not on custom post types. I’ve checked all the options but couldn’t figure out what’s the deal.

    Sorry for the delay. Can you post a screenshot of the settings page where you’ve made these edits.

    One main reason for not working on custom post types could be the inability of the plugin to find the related custom posts.

    There are many related posts but it’s not working. How do i post screenshot here.

    You’ll need to add the screenshot to a site like imgur as you can’t load it here.

    Separately, what is your site URL.

    Are you in a position to debug using Query monitor? It’s a plugin you can see what queries are generated by the plugin on the custom post types.

    Have you also enabled these in Post types to include option?

    Thanks – these settings look fine. What is your site URL where these posts are not showing up?

    Do the videos have title and post content available that allows the plugin to scan and find results.

    An alternatively would be to install the addon plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/crp-taxonomy/ and disable the fulltext setting using it and also limit to to the same category/taxonomy
