Hello @lighting-wholesale, chats are expected to be stored in history. Can you please check if GDPR is enabled (Settings -> Privacy) and how many days you selected to keep messages?
If this setting is correct and you still don’t see chats saved into history, can you please check your PHP logs for errors?
