Thank you for getting in touch, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.
Are you running any kind of caching software? If so can you add an exclusion for this page?
Our GDPR consent mechanism uses a cookie to record a given users consent. Some caching plugins do not register setting a cookie as a change in state, and so they’ll continue to serve up the same page.
We did visit the page you linked us to however we don’t see any maps there, are we looking in the right place?

I believe we have a CDN on our hosting package but I don’t think we are using any caching plugins or softwares anywhere else.

I have been in touch with our hosting provider.
There is no way to bypass the CDN but the issue was they were caching the pages for us.
They have added a rule that bypasses the cache on that page and now the plugin is working properly.

I have put two short-codes one is in header.php and another one is in footer.php but somehow my footer “Use my location” button is going to header after header “Use my location” button.

This forum is strictly for support with the plugin itself, our add-ons, in which “Locate Me” is a feature, are not supported here at all.
