Can’t receive message from mobile devices

    I can only receive messsage sent from PC & MAC. Any message sent from mobile devices(inlcuding IOS and Androed) are missing.
    Would you please help me to solve this problem? Thanks!

    Hello @henryliang, we’ll check if there is an issue with our plugin.
    Be sure to display chat box for mobile users, “Enable On Mobile Devices” must be enabled.

    Hello, from our tests, there are no issues related to messages coming from mobile devices: they are handled exactly like other messages. Do you have some specific redirects for mobile devices on your website, or some plugin to manage mobile devices in some custom way?
    Can you check your PHP logs for errors?
