Order processing even with bank declined card

Hello,
Since last week I had 3 situations where the bank declined payment from customers who have a subscription to our club, but woocommerce still processes the request after the second attempt, which is 12 hours after the first attempt, as approved. . Invoice, waybill is generated, all as if the payment had been approved. What may be happening and how to fix it?
