Enable services custom settings

    I currently have this plugin setup with all the API and negotiable rates on.

    We want to display the UPS Standard and UPS Express service to the UK.

    However when I press enable services custom settings and tick only them two options, it only show the UPS Express, which is strange as its the exact same service as UPS Standard but just a pre 10:30 version.

    Can you advise please?
