This seems to be the same issue with awesome support ticket system.
They seem to offer the same product but branded differently?
Could we get some input on this from SupportCandy? Is there another way to import tickets from a CSV file?

Unfortunately, this feature is not available.
There are many challenges to implement this because of the way tickets and their data organized such as a ticket have custom fields, one ticket has multiple replies, notes and these further have details like when they created, type, etc.
Also, it is hard for us to provide a template because every system is different and also difficult for users to follow even if we provide it as such.
As a summary, it is not impossible but we do not want to complicate things for us and users.
