Plugin causes crash

    Dear,

    I have been trying to get into contact by e-mail (which worked before, but after payment no-one responds anymore). This plugin has been paid for by my customer. It causes crashes, and an unresponsive website.

    I would like to get it to work again, and including the app for the phones. Is there anyone still answering mails? Because Nick does not seem to respond.

    WPLC is a free plugin. No support is provided. Nick is no longer associated with this project.

    You’ll have to talk to the previous plugin author about anything related to money/refunds as this is not something under our control.

    The plugin has been made completely free since ~March this year and will continue to be offered for free. Being free, no support is provided. We will instead provide a high quality plugin that will require little to no support. The next release is the first step towards this goal.

    Or permitted here. I’ve archived the replies and I am closing this topic.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales or refund topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
