wp-admin: this site can’t be reached error

Hello everyone,
This has only started yesterday but whenever I go into my wp-admin it is very slow and sometimes it says “This site can’t be reached” or “unexpected connection” when I log in, stuff like that. I didn’t do any modifcations to the site it just started happening randomly. Please help

There seem to be some errors noted in the console- might be contributing to the issues you are experiencing.
sample of error:
Refused to execute script from 'https://t.myvisualiq.net/impression_pixel?r=1794408318&et=i&ago=212&ao=546&aca=22843284&si=1781800&ci=118423234&pi=249944296&ad=446697551&advt=4468394&chnl=-7&vndr=115&sz=6586&u=pt=i' because its MIME type ('image/gif') is not executable.install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme- might help narrow down the source of the issue
