Active visitors

    Everytime when I open the dashboard, there are 5 active visitors, but actually, no one at all.

    Is this a bug? How to fix the issue?

    Hi there,

    Once a user connects to your site, you’re supposed to see a single visitor on your dashboard. When the user disconnects, it will take up to a few minutes for that visitor to disappear from the list. It takes a while for the websocket session to expire and this is expected.

    In the big upcoming version we’re going to be releasing in the next few weeks, we’ve improved this part quite a bit so it’ll be more accurate and responsive than before.
