    my opt in forms won’t work. if someone submits their email address i keep getting the “something went wrong, please try again” message. there’s a pop up on the home page & an embed and neither will work.

    Hi @aglou02,

    I had a look at your site and there are a lot of errors shown in your console.
    Most of them seem to be related to HTTPS because your SSL certificate is having issues or is not properly configured, I would suggest checking this with your hosting provider to investigate further.

    There is also an error related to admin-ajax request and this is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme used on site.
    Can you try performing a conflict test by disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme to see if submissions are working after that?
    I would suggest having a full backup ready before performing with this test.
