There are (literally) thousands of guides and tutorials on how to install wordpress.
You’re going to need a domain name and a host for starters.
You can get a domain from places like Namecheap or GoDaddy.
Many domain name sellers also have a place to buy cheap hosting, which may be a good place to start since your knowledge is so limited right now.
Your best bet is to go to one of these registrars and read through their documentation. They can explain everything much more thoroughly than I can!

A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.
