Noindex for /page/2/

Hello,
I have a problem concerning the indexing of pages like https://railfreak.de/page/2/. I find them on the first page of the site query https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=site%3Arailfreak.de

In my opinion these should be set on noindex but I do not find how I can do this.

In your tutorials I found this one: https://yoast.com/yoast-seo-6-3/ – section “The “noindex subpages” feature is also gone” – but I think this is another topic, e. g. when very lon articles are divided in subpages.
