    I installed the gateway add-on. However, mycred points as a payment method still not found on checkout page.

    Also note that we have a support ticket system where we are moving users to handle the flow of support and that is why we divert users to the ticket system.

    Your ticket system on your site is very troublesome and not easy to use. I don’t know whether I have submitted ticket or not and I couldn’t locate my submitted ticket at all!
