    Hello! I can make the tickets show up as a “conversation”, how does Google order the emails in conversations? Thank you!

    Hi @gimenezsergio123,

    This is something unavailable in Awesome Support. You can change the display settings in the ticket list or details page by clicking on the “Screen Options” display which is on the top right side of the screen.
