Hi @olegin , thanks for trying out the plugin.
There is a possibility that there is a jQuery conflict. However, to be sure what is causing the problem, I would need a few information.
First, are you using any Code minification plugins? If so, try deactivating for a few minutes and see if that solves the problem. If so, then add our plugin to the exempt list of the minification plugin.
Else, provide me the following 3 data after facing the issue.
1. Console errors
2. System Status
3. WooCommerce LogIn case you don’t know how to find any of these data, the instructions are given below:
1 Console errors:
After you clicked on Publish and the loading bar is frozen,
>>Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image: https://jmp.sh/ajNCIL5
>>You get an extended window popping up. See Image: https://jmp.sh/GEYpHS1
>>It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image: https://jmp.sh/ihU0SQO
>Take a screenshot and provide it to us.2. System Status:
>>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
>>On top, go to the System Status tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/L09xEa1
>>Take a screenshot and provide it to us.3. WooCommerce Log:
After you clicked on Publish and the loading bar is frozen,
>>Go to your Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status
>>On top, go to the Logs tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/Gz9IZAg
>>On the right side choose the latest log created and click on View.
See Image: https://jmp.sh/0VZIRP0
>>A lot of data will appear. Simply copy the whole data and save it on a text document and provide it to us.Once we get these information, we will try to come up with an appropriate solution. Thanks.
Hi @olegin , since we didn’t hear from you for a long time, We believe you found the solution. so I am marking this is as resolved for now.
If you face further issues, feel free to reach out to us again.
Thanks.
We use the autoptimize plugin. We can not disable it.
Tell me what path you need to register to the js file of your plugin? To add it to the exceptions.Thank you
Autoptimize does not optimize JS on the backend, so excluding product feed manager’s JS from being Autoptimize will probably not be a solution.
Well , I believe the script is
/plugins/best-woocommerce-feed/However, I suggest you provide us with the information I asked for earlier, then it will be much clear on what could be the main issue.

http://joxi.ru/krD65LBUKzbPD2Hi @olegin , we are looking into it. Meanwhile, do you use any caching plugin?
Yes, we use clear cache and autoptimize plugins. but we already managed to generate xml. Thanks
Oh ok. Good to know that it was solved.
There is another problem, the google merchant center writes an error when loading the xml file created by your plugin.
Hi @olegin , after feed is generated, do not open it as excel, it is an xml file. Use the feed link to check the feed, then download and directly upload that on Google, no need to open it.
Thank you, uploaded to google!
But there are still errors, probably these are woocommerce product settings?
http://joxi.ru/LmGLdaBcwzOba2Hi @olegin , these are settings on your Google Merchant, and on your WooCommerce store. Please read guidelines from Google about setting up Google Merchant shop properly, and then upload the products.
And for the missing attributes, click on it and check which attributes are missing. Then when generating feed, you can add those attributes.
Thanks.
Okey, thank U very much!
