Would you please try the following,
– open the CSV file in Google Sheets https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets
– Go to File > Download as > Microsoft Excel
Let us know if the file content will be readable.

It seems that this is happening due to a forbidden function in the Flywheel hosting. In order to overpass that, our Second Level Support team created a little MU plugin that replaces the fpassthru with the stream_get_contents function.
Please download the following PHP file and insert it in the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder in your server. If the /mu-plugins/ folder doesn’t exist already, just create it.
