Users can’t view Ticket Details

    Hello,

    users can register and set up a ticket without any problem. They recieve an email. Also the agent can view and answer the ticket.

    The problem is, users can not view their ticket online. Everytime they click on the ticket or on the link “view ticket” a 404 appears.

    We are using the Barber Shop theme from AxiomThemes

    PS: I already updated the permalinks.

    Hi @seroka88,

    This might be a conflict so try to deactivate your other plugins, switch to a 205/16/17 WP theme and saving permalinks again. If the problem disappears, one of them might be causing a conflict with Awesome Support.
