I don’t get e-mail notification even tho in settings:
1) E-mail notifications are checked 2) Notification e-mail address has been entered
What can I do besides reinstalling the plugin?

You can try enabling logging under Advanced settings, then waiting or creating some broken links and then see if anything is logged.
If you have access to the local shell on the server you can use Sendmail to test if sending email works: https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/216687518-How-do-I-use-Sendmail-
