Hi!
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the trouble.
It looks like there’s an issue with the page floats. What happens when you disable any custom code you may have and disable all your plugins but SportsPress?
Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply,
I tried disabling all the plugins and it doesn’t seem to have made a difference.
As far as I know there’s no custom code, but I didn’t do the initial setup of the pages, nor do I know exactly where to check for custom code π
FWIW, here is a screenshot of the team page:

and here’s one of the team gallery, which is the only content on the team page:

Also just for additional info: when I click on Preview Changes from the team gallery, the published page displays properly.
Hi!
Thanks for your reply!
I’m sorry that it didn’t work. Let’s try something extreme. How does it work when you enable twenty seventeen?
If it works, maybe it’s worth a Rookie reinstall.
Thanks!

Hi Roch,
Sorry, not sure what you mean by enabling twenty seventeen.
Hi!
Under Wp-admin > Appearance > Themes, please enable the twenty seventeen theme. That’s the WordPress default theme (or one of them) and it should be a safe starting point.
Thanks!

Aha, got it thanks. I’m new to any kind of nuts-and-bolts usage of WordPress, so bear with me π
Here is the result when I enabled twenty seventeen:

Hi Kyle!
Sorry for the delay.
The main issue is really the rest of the page. Or is that all you see?
Do you experience the same issue with the default theme?
Thanks!

No problem π
This is everything I see with Twenty Seventeen activated

Do you mean that the other elements on the page are the issue (widgets, header image, etc)? Because I’m fine with altering those elements if it solves the current issue, but I did try adjusting them before and had no luck.
Also, the team page we’ve been looking at is the only one that has this issue, and as far as I can see all the settings are the same across all the team pages (though I could be mistaken).
Cheers!
