This could have been a cache issue because of the update.

Sorry, I may of not been so clear. You have to drop down any menu first and see the top of each dropdown is white and very faint to see. Please see screenshot:

(*Also, I noticed my ‘hamburger’ shrank in size but still at 30px in the plugin settings. Increasing it to 40px fixed it but weird how it shrank and had to make increase it by 10px more to get it to its original 30px size.)
I have cleared the cache and everything as much as possible – no settings other than stated have been changed – just the plugin update.
That’s the best I can give in terms of information unless there’s anything else you can ask me 🙂

I think I’ve fixed it. It looks to be all down to the color settings got changed / or weren’t being triggered after the update.
Please just give me an hour or so and I will reply again to confirm I’ve fixed it and found where the after update issue came from.

Well, I still have my main site at pre update so I am able to compare screenshots – this showed me what happened, to why the first menu was white:

As you can see, ‘hover text color’ was left on white before, and only started getting listened to after update to which made me hunt and correct the settings. It wasn’t a bug at all, but a setting that is active now.
Also, I want to state something else I found.
The WP Mobile Menu plugin DOES NOT work with the last WP version WordPress 5.1.1. You must update to WordPress 5.2.1
Issues cause the plugin to be very buggy, not open the menu with the hamburger being not responsive and appearing on left then right side of the screen – stuff like that.
– Meaning related issues may be that some users have not updated their wordpress yet.
@kristianngve can you try the version below?
