The plugin was working well and i don’t know what happened, all images load with
full quality every time and the feature [ Photon ] not working
i tried to remove the plugin and install it again same problem

At this time, Photon can only work on images within the content of posts and pages: https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/#how-to-activate-the-site-accelerator

However, you can ask your theme’s developer to integrate the Photon API into how they’re displaying the product images, which will allow it to work there: https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/photon/api/
