Hi @adsinging ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you please let us know your WordPress version, WooCommerce Version and PHP version?
Also, please let us know what console error you get.
To find out the console error follow the instructions below:
>>Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser).
See Image: https://jmp.sh/ajNCIL5
>>You get an extended window popping up. See Image: https://jmp.sh/GEYpHS1
>>It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image: https://jmp.sh/ihU0SQO
>Take a screenshot and send it to us.
Once we get these information, we will try to come up with an appropriate solution. Thanks.

Hi, it appears we can not identify the issue from the console errors.
It’s best you provide us with temporary access. Then one of our developers can look into this matter and find a proper solution.
You may e-mail the temporary access to support@rextheme.com
And once we get the solution, we will give an update here. Thanks.
Hi @adsinging , we’ve received your e-mail. We are looking into the matter and will give an update once we find a solution. Thanks for being patient.
Hi @adsinging , we have found the solution.
The plugin was having a conflict with the Themify builder, and we fixed the issue.
Please check and give us an update if this solved your problems. Thanks.
