Problem with Poll Results

    Hi!
    I’m using the Forminator plugin for an ice cream poll that I’m running on my community site. Problem is, once a vote is cast, the user has difficulty seeing the results of the poll. Here’s what happens…

    -A user clicks the link to view the poll results and is redirected to a blank screen with a 0 located at the top left corner.

    – a user clicks the link to view the results graph, yet the graph is distorted with missing values and such and the user cannot see who is winning or losing the poll.

    I have tested both results on my computer (I’m using a Mac) in both Google Chrome and Safari and I have seen both issues with the poll play out. As a workaround, I have swapped the poll results from a graph to the pie chart. This solved the second issue. However, some people are still seeing the blank screen when they vote.

    Can you please help me get to the bottom of this?

    Hello @semgla ,

    This solved the second issue. However, some people are still seeing the blank screen when they vote.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue with our plugin, however, we are not able to replicate this issue with a blank screen. We tried on a couple of computers. Does this happen only on Mac system?

    Hello,

    Per my first question:
    I’m not sure if this is only a Mac issue. However, I am only using a Mac and have only tried to perform the task on a Mac. If Mac is the issue, I am concerned that other Mac users will run into the same problem as well. Is there any way to fix this?

    Per my second question:
    May you please help me find a way to make the bar graph display properly? The pie chart is not the preferred method to display results for this poll.

    I’ve checked your site with MAC and can’t replicate this issue.

    If this behavior still happens with your browser, please clear Browser Cache by following directions from here:
    https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    Would you please swap the result view to Bar Graph so we could see the issue on your site? Please feel free to create a second Poll and place it on any test page. Please share a link with us.
