Error 400 – Subscription plan not working

Hello,

So I have created a button subscription plan on my page.

When trying to test the button, the following happens :

1. The sentence “processing” appears
2. The same page refreshes

And on my log dashboard on Stripe, I got different messages saying error 400 + status 200 OK.

I have set a redirection to a thank you page but that does not work as well.

I have contacted stripe but they couldn’t help me…

I have also tried to remove/add a stripe ID on Users>Your Profile> Stripe ID Identification

Hello @etienneflorent ,

Thanks again for using Direct Stripe.

I think that Stripe answered your question, you seem to be using the product ID instead of the Plan ID for the subscription.
Please get the plan ID and paste it in your Direct Stripe button settings.

If that doesn’t fix your issue, could you share a screenshot of the actual 400 error for the subscription api call ? ( after opening the log, because the list of logs does not contain the actual error message ).

I am not sure where I can find the Plan ID.

I created a test subscription plan and after this, there is only one ID that is generated called: prod_F0oQNSaGbizEn6

…no sign of any ID starting with plan_

Hello @etienneflorent ,

I’m sorry I could have explained better.

You need to create a Pricing Plan in your Product, that will set a pricing plan ID, which is the ID used to create subscriptions ( to a plan…)
In you product page you will find an Add pricing plan button ( https://screenshots.firefox.com/Blzx47mSWrXJnA6K/dashboard.stripe.com )
