recover password no email

    I have the recover password form set with [wppb-recover-password] but no email received on two different users in tests. Using wp-mailchimp don’t think it should be interferring with wpmail so suggestions please.

    5/1 Both of the first two tests were admin roles. A regular member role I got the reset link. I should think an admin role would not make a difference in a pwd reset being mailed out.

    found them in the online spam folder. Will have to adjust that. So email went out ok in both cases
