Hi there,
1-It’s possible to change the Subscription and the Post notification email content
Yes, to change the message content, you can go to Settings > Reading from your dashboard, and change the content under Follower Settings:

<img src="http://some-site/some-image.jpg" alt="" />
wherever you want the http://some-site/some-image.jpg image to appear in the email content.
There is not much flexibility outside of that, however. If you’d like to have more flexibility, MailChimp would be a great option. Their service is pretty good and their plugin is compatible with Jetpack, so they can live together with no problems.
This field accepts HTML, so you can insert a logo there. To do that, you would want to use the following syntax:
2-JetPack have limitation for the number of subscribers?
No, there isn’t a limit to the number of subscribers you can receive
