If Twitter has blocked your account this can have different reasons. To unlock your Twitter account again, please follow this link: https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/locked-and-limited-accounts .
I have already added this link to our FAQ.
If Twitter has unlocked your account again, you should make sure to reduce your posting frequency a little bit.

I have the same issue. The FAQ link above from Blog2Social Support does not do anything to open the accounts for Blog2Social too post to it. I have followed as many forums and links like this I could find. So at this time I cannot use twitter or post to Reddit. I am only posting 1 to 2 times a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Since I could not find a support topic that could actually fix this. I submitted a poor review of the software, which is warranted because it is not working correctly with no support. That review was removed, but people should know what they are getting into before they buy. If there is some real support that can fix these issues instead of just a link in FAQ that does not provide support then I am willing to give it a try otherwise I stand by my review of the software.
Twitter: The network has blocked your account. Please see FAQ (The strange part is I log into twitter and nothing states it is blocked like the FAQ suggests. I can also post manually so it has to be a problem with this plugin being blocked not my actual account.)
Reddit: Your post could not be posted (Have not clue what that means or how to fix it. Does not even give an FAQ or any suggestion on how to fix it.)

Our support team always replies to all requests within 24 hours during workdays.
Your account was not blocked since you can still log in just fine.
We have noticed that some of your posts were published on Twitter within a short period of time.
If too many posts are posted at too short intervals, Twitter temporarily cuts the connection to your account.
Your account will be activated again by login in your Twitter.
We therefore recommend to publish your posts in larger intervals to share your news with on Twitter.
