disable jetpack notifications

hello i’m the sysadmin / webdev of a private school

last year, we created a wordpress/woocommerce page for a mock business for a junior enterpreneurship contest.

the project has been discontinued due to expiration of the school year.

i’ve been getting email notifications from jetpack ever since the service contract with our web host has terminated and i can’t seem to disable – deactivate the site from the relative interface at wordpress.com

please disable it or provide instructions, thanks in advance.

You can deactivate the notifications module, as well as other modules, following this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/control-jetpacks-modules-on-one-page/

like i said the site has been discontinued.

the contract with the host has not been renewed.

i do not have access to the server any more.

can it be deactivated on jetpack’s end? it seems like a pretty common problem and after browsing these forums it appears that it has been repeatedly done before.

the site (bookeat.gr) does not appear on its jetpack interface at wordpress.com either.

Gotcha. I went ahead and disconnected bookeat.gr from your WordPress.com account which will stop the notifications.

@rasitozdemir, please don’t post into threads created by other users.

I see no connection for rasitozdemir.net.tr on WordPress.com’s end. If you still see that site listed in your WordPress.com account, please log into your WordPress.com and then open a support request on their end at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. If that takes you to post in the WordPress.com forums, add the tag modlook to ensure a staff member sees it.
