Hi Denny,

Im after a little simple copy. without clients as i am looking to use it for my staff to clock the hours they have worked over the mouth. To be able to track work loads and payments.

Or do I have to some how set up as “the business” as the client and a project just called “work” to get around this ?

Also then it loads on the page its above the website and also in the page part. Iv disatived it for now but going to give it a 2nd go in the morning when its not 1am and my eyes hurt haha

Just add at the bottom here, It looks like a nice powerful plug in just not aimed at what i’m looking for and cant find anything else as good as yours 😉

Oh also how do you delete test time sheets iv done haha… Its getting late

Sam,
This is very doable. You’ll need to set up a single company and project. If you aren’t worried about invoicing, then you’ll want to set up the as a flat rate project by checking the box next to “Flat rate billing project” when you set up the project (or edit the project that’s there).

Then go into the “Global Settings” under “Time Sheets” in your menu. Then check the box next to “Hide the Client and Project fields if only one option:”.

If you want to hide the notes fields from the time sheets that is the settings as well.

If you need help finding something else just let me know.

hay pal, wow that was fast, Iv done just that what you have said. Its still showing a list for them to pick from and I cant delete the test time sheets I did. How can I private message you and I will send the link i am working on so you can see.

Well as im only testing the link is https://atplayinthewoods.co.uk/timesheet/ password for the page for now is “staff” have to login first with username “testing” pass “IamTesting1tosee”

The first problem I see if that it’s not logging me in as a wordpress user, so I don’t get the form, so I can’t see what the issue looks like. When I view the normal admin page I get a Not available message. Shoot me an email tomorrow and we’ll see what’s going on.

Have to go to shop menu and go to My account to login to the front end, I did test before and logged me in and can see sheet

I don’t see a project listed. That could be the first issue.

I’ll look at the “where” problem tomorrow.

Ok ill head to bed haha, Project is added if you submit a timesheet it then says project must be added and it then comes up in the drop down menu. but not showing before hand. Hope you had a good day at work. Talk to you tomorrow. Im in the UK so its almost 2am here so will pick up when I can tomorrow. Have a good night.

I don’t appear to be able to. I’d just change the password for now especially it you can’t edit your post. I don’t seem to be able to edit your posts or just delete the entire thread. 🙁
