    I installed the plugin and started using it. It sent an email to ask the customer to review however when the customer clicked on the link, it says ‘An error occurred during submission of your review. You can try again using the button below. If the problem persists, please contact ‘Our Company’. The error says 500 server error so didn’t elaborate further. How can I check the error log to debug this error?

    Can you please check “Diagnostics” page in the plugin’s menu? Does it show any errors?

    1. Can you please try to create a test order, send a review invitation, and submit a review yourself?
    2. If you get the same 500 error, can you please check if there are any errors in WordPress debug log? Please see more information about debugging in WordPress here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
