Hello @jere2013 ,
Thank you for using Direct Stripe.
Could you describe your issue ?
Where did you try to add an amount and where the field doesn’t appear ?
Were you able to create buttons in your WordPress admin from Direct Stripe -> Settings under the Buttons settings tab ?
If yes, how did you insert the Direct Stripe button on your page ? ( using Gutenberg, a page builder …)
Kind regards,
Here’s the page:
https://www.bullesdair.ch/partenaires/
And the shortcode added in Page Builder:
[direct-stripe type=”donation” name=”Donation Stripe” description=”Soutenir Bulles d’air avec un don” label=”Faire un don” panellabel=”Donner”]
Hello @jere2013 ,
What version of Direct Stripe are you running ? Or which version you used when you first integrated the button in the page ?
I recommend setting the buttons at Direct Stripe -> Settings under the buttons settings tab. Then integrating them using Gutenberg block or a shortcode like [direct-stripe value=”ds-154185704588″] ( ds-1541857045880 being the unique ID of the button created at Direct Stripe settings under the Buttons Settings tab ).
Kind regards,
I use the last version of DS.
The 1st code I use, I found on the plugin page but it was maybe 1-2 years ago.
I added the shortcode under my code to see the difference, but the problem is the same.
Maybe the theme’s css is in conflict with the plugin’s css…

I see the problem is solved on your link, could you confirm ?
CSS conflicts may have happened in that case.

I had to customize css.
