Disable/Deactivate a Form

    Is it possible to disable or deactivate a form on the back end? I do not want to delete them, but keep them for safekeeping until we can update them. The shortcode is not being used anywhere on the site. But I wanted to make sure they would not be accessible somewhere out on the web, email, etc.

    Hi Anita,
    Form scheduling (Opening and closing a form entirely, setting it to close on a specific date, or limiting entries) is a feature in the Pro version of Formidable Forms, but is currently not available in the Lite version I’m afraid.

    If you are already using Pro, please open a ticket in our helpdesk and our team will be happy t show you how to configure this on your site.
