    Hello, when my users/customers request for a password reset, the reset link is sent to the spam folder, how can I make it appear in the inbox folder.

    This typically happens because the server sending out your messages is not the same address as your website. This can often happen in shared hosting environments. A good solution is to use a dedicated SMTP provider.
