Hi @rwattner
This is the second time I have heard of this issue, although as much as I have tried I have not been able to duplicate it.
Since you are having the same problem with “pagination=ajax” (which uses javascript) and with “pagination=true” (which does not use javascript), this means it is not due to a javascript conflict.
If you wouldn’t mind, please try the “Basic Troubleshooting steps” outlined on the Documentation page.
Please try steps 1 and 2 together (switch to an official WordPress theme and disable all plugins except for Site Reviews). Additionally, once you have temporarily switched themes and disabled all plugins, please go to the Permalinks page in the WordPress settings and click “Save” to rebuild the permalinks. If you are using server-side caching (e.g. WP Engine, etc), please also make sure to clear the cache on your server as well.
This will tell me whether the problem is due to your WordPress configuration, or due to your server configuration (i.e. .htaccess, apache/nginx config, etc.).

If the “Basic Troubleshoot Steps” did not provide any clues and you are still experiencing the pagination problem even after switching themes, disabling the plugins, and rebuilding the permalinks, then please use the “Contact Support” section on the Documentation page to send an email directly.
Hopefully we can track this down quickly!

@rwattner
Did you try the steps suggested in the previous response, and if so, what were the results?
@rwattner
After looking again at the link of your site, I can see you are still having issues with this. Please use the “Contact Support” section on the “Site Reviews > Documentation” page of the plugin to contact me directly so I can help you better.
Thanks
