Slider & Gallery Shortcode not working since update

    I was using the slider & gallery shortcodes. Since I have updated Shortcodes Unlimated these two shortcodes aren’t working, they say images not found. I have removed the shortcodes for now until they work again.

    In wordpress the tabs on the left handside I clicked Shortcodes to see if I could reinstall the previous version. In the page I also clicked slider & gallery, it came up with the same error under preview.

    I have entered at the very bottom of the page. You can see it says ‘Custom Gallery: images not found’ in red. This was working before I updated it and now isn’t, not sure it that helps?

    It seems there is a conflict with one of the 3rd-party plugins or the theme. Please do the following:

    • Switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen/Seventeen) and test again;
    • Disable all other plugins except for Shortcodes Ultimate itself, retest, and re-activate plugins until the issue occurs. This will help you find the culprit.
