    Hi,

    I have the following pre-sale questions:
    – Are users authorized to create public events? Or has only the administrator profile the permission to create events?
    – We are going to run a bookin platform for music rehearsals. In this context,
    ○ Each rehearsal event requires a minimun number of musicians (i.e. 4 musicians: 1 drummer, 1 bass player, 1 guitarrist and 1 vocalist). In case one vocalist has already booked for this event, not other vocalist can reserve it.
    § Is it possible to limit the number of participants in each event?
    § Is it possible to restrict the participation of one type of user in case the same type of user has booked before the event?

    In case this solution doesn´t offer the functionalities listed above, do you offer/know another product/plug – in that could better fit our requirements?

    Only administrator can create events / services.

    Yes, this can be setup using Autolock feature of plugin.

    >> Is it possible to limit the number of participants in each event?
    Yes.

    >> Is it possible to restrict the participation of one type of user in case the same type of user has booked before the event?
    No.

    Hi there,

    I have problem in booking service.I have 2 place free but after booking 1 place , the other free place get lost.

    another problem, in some services , do not send email confirmation to costumers.

    Premium version support did not accept me and told me that I am not the owner of the pluggin and activation code is not registered but I did use and paid for this plugin about 8 months ago.
