Corrupt file and everything tested

Hi.

I have reviewed all the posts before writing, but nothing solves my problem.

If I upload a file of the type that is from the form of uploading the plugin or releasing it in the FTP manually, I always have the same error:

The file is corrupt.

I have tried:

– Change the version of PHP to 7 (in other websites it goes without problem)
– I have reviewed the files
– I have reviewed the configuration.
– I tested with the most used browsers.
and much more..

The file that I download has the following form when eating and at the end, once opened with the text editor:
